How kip is made

Developing kip with a UK factory: the formula, sample testing still in progress, and plans for the November 2026 first release.

kip is a nicotine-free, tobacco-free food supplement pouch, developed with a UK factory. Our first release is scheduled for November 2026. Here is where development stands on 14 September.

Formula and flavour

Quiet Mint is built around L-theanine, chamomile extract, lemon balm extract, magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6. kip contains no nicotine, tobacco, melatonin or caffeine. Individual amounts are listed on the product page.

Samples before production

We sent sample packs to a 24-person taste panel. Testers score taste, feel and burn and give written feedback. The samples are coded, and the identifying key stays private while testing continues.

We have nine scorecards so far. Feedback has raised questions about pouch edges, size, softness and mint intensity. Testing is still in progress; we have not passed our acceptance gate or confirmed that the proposed revisions are complete.

The first release

The planned first run is 1,000 tins. The first 500 Nightly subscribers are offered a free tin in their first order and a numbered founding card. That founding offer is separate from the production quantity.

The final packaging finish is still in development. Product images show a design concept. Final production, label checks and batch paperwork remain part of the work before dispatch.

Pre-orders are charged at checkout, with dispatch scheduled for November 2026 and a full refund available any time before dispatch. Read the product details before ordering.
