November pre-orders

The first release is a pre-order shipping in November 2026. You pay in full at checkout. You can request a full refund any time before dispatch by emailing hello@haveakip.com with your order number.

Where we ship and what it costs

UK only for now. Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Optional express delivery is £6.99 where offered at checkout. Express delivery does not bring forward the November pre-order dispatch window; it applies after dispatch.

How it ships

Orders are sent in a letterbox-sized pack. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Updates and problems

If the expected dispatch window changes, we will email you. You can still request a full refund before dispatch. If your order has not arrived within five working days of the dispatch email, contact hello@haveakip.com and we will investigate.
