These terms apply when you buy from haveakip.com, run by LATE HOURS LTD trading as kip ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 17457862. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Buying from us means you accept them.

 

THE PRODUCT

kip is a nicotine-free, tobacco-free, melatonin-free food supplement in pouch format, made in the UK. It is not a medicine and nothing on this site is medical or health advice. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not intended for under-18s, or for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice. Follow the use directions on the tin: one pouch, 30–45 minutes, then bin it.

 

AGE

You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

 

ORDERS AND PRICES

Prices are in GBP and include any applicable UK VAT. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If we've made an obvious pricing error we may cancel and refund before dispatch. Founding ("price locked for life") pricing applies to The Nightly subscription for as long as your subscription stays active; if you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Nightly is a recurring subscription for two tins (40 pouches) every four weeks at £29.99 until cancelled. The first 500 Nightly subscribers receive a third tin and the founding extras in their first box only. Email hello@haveakip.com to request a skip, pause or cancellation before your next renewal charge. Cancelling stops future renewals.

 

OUR GUARANTEE AND YOUR RIGHTS

Our 30-night guarantee is set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

 

LIABILITY

We're liable for what the law says we're liable for — death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and your statutory rights — and beyond that our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

 

THE LEGAL BIT

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction (or your local UK courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).

November pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and are scheduled to ship in November 2026. A full refund is available at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@haveakip.com with your order number. UK standard shipping is free; optional express delivery applies after dispatch and does not bring forward the November release.
