Pre-orders and subscriptions

November pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and ship in November 2026. You can request a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@haveakip.com with your order number. This applies to one-time purchases and the first Nightly subscription order.

The Nightly subscription

The Nightly is a recurring subscription for two tins (40 pouches) every four weeks. The first 500 Nightly subscribers receive three tins (60 pouches) and the founding extras in their first box only. Renewal boxes contain two tins.

You can request a skip, pause or cancellation before your next renewal charge by emailing hello@haveakip.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. To cancel an order that has already been charged but has not been dispatched, contact us with your order number.

After dispatch

Our refund policy explains the first-order guarantee and returns after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
